You have the option to make a reservation independently through our Book a Room page.
Please note that for the reservation process, we will require your personal credit card information.
Rest assured, your credit card will not be charged.

During booking, the reservation system will prompt you to agree to our Canal View Bed and Breakfast Amsterdam Terms & Conditions.

Kindly be informed that providing your credit card details is solely to ensure the reservation’s guarantee.

Please be aware that the Tourist Tax of 12,5% is not included in the reservation cost.
We don’t provide breakfast as part of our Canal View Bed and Breakfast Amsterdam Terms & Conditions.

Our Canal View Bed and Breakfast Amsterdam Terms & Conditions require a minimum stay of three nights during the weekends.

However, please note that during holiday periods and special events, the minimum stay and the pricing may change.

Check-in is available by appointment only from 04:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

If you anticipate a late check-in or experience an unexpected delay, kindly get in touch with us, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.

In most cases, as a personal favor, you can drop off your luggage before the regular check-in time.

Additionally, we offer luggage storage for one day on the check-out day for your convenience.

Children aged 8 years and above are warmly welcomed.

The apartments are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors, but it’s important to be aware that there is no elevator available.

Please take into consideration that Amsterdam’s stairs are not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities or those using mobility devices.

The entire building strictly prohibits smoking, encompassing all substances, not just tobacco.

• According to Dutch law, it is mandatory to register all guests.
• Two pairs of keys will be provided to you.
• Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• The management retains the right to request the departure of anyone who violates this rule.
• Guests must maintain a quiet environment between 10 pm and 8 am.
• Third parties are not allowed entry into the house without prior permission.
• You will be held responsible for any damage or loss of items.
• Both hard and soft drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Any kind of party is not allowed.
• Our utmost priority is to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. Kindly acknowledge that you are a valued guest in my home.
• During the booking,  you must agree with our Canal View Bed and Breakfast Amsterdam Terms & Conditions.

Payment options are limited to cash on the check-in day.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date, there will be no charges incurred.

However, for cancellations made after this 15-day window, a fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

In the case of cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival day, the full amount will be charged to the credit card provided.

For your own protection, we strongly advise obtaining travel insurance for your trip.
